After scheduling an appointment by phone with a staff member, please allow 48 hours for your information to be added to the system before attempting to create a new account unless otherwise informed.

To create an account:

  1. Click "New Users? Click here"

  2. Provide requested information

  3. You will receive a confirmation e-mail to the address provided with a randomly generated password.

To change password:

  1. Click "Change Password" in the upper right corner.

  2. Enter your new, desired password
  3. Please be sure to write down your password!

If you are a new patient:

  1. Click the bright yellow box on the main screen!

  2. Follow the instructions and input as much information as possible. This will significantly shorten the length of your visit!


To pay you bills:

  1. Click the gray "Pay Bills" tab in the upper left corner.

  2. Please check periodically!
